For the Parents Night Out during Wurstfest, parents can drop off their children ages 5-12 at the Kinderhalle for a host of activities that will include a jump castle, arts and crafts, games and maybe even a visit from a balloon animal artist.

“For Oct. 31, we encourage the participants to wear their costumes, and we will have Halloween activities and a costume contest,” said Evan Partee, recreation programs supervisor, City of New Braunfels Parks and Recreation.

Cost is $10 for each night. Parents can register their children by calling (830) 221-4370. They can also register from 3 to 6:30 p.m. on the day of the event. Payment can be made by cash, check, VISA, Discover or MasterCard.
